Hello Ladies! we’re so excited that you are joining us on our Fall 2022 Beauty for ashes weekend!

Here’s some important information you need to know before you come:

WhAT TO BRING

1) clothes/shoes for hiking
2) jacket/clothes for cold weather
3) journal/pen
4) spending cash for dinner on Friday night

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
– flashlight
– sunglasses
– water bottle 

OPTIONAL ACTIVITY:
Some of the girls plan on going horseback riding on Saturday afternoon instead of hiking to Anna Ruby Falls.  It is $60 per person plus tip money (usually $5 or so).  These spots must be booked no later than the Tues before the retreat (Oct 4).  Unless you have prepaid us before hand, please bring money in the form of cash only.  Also bring appropriate clothing for the ride (jeans, jacket, closed toe shoes, etc).  Call us or send us an email at acct@wearefirestarters.com if you plan to come and have not yet informed us. 

SCHEDULE

ARRIVAL – Fri Oct 7
— check-in at lodge is 5-6:30 pm (if you plan to arrive early or late please let us know)
— we will be meeting for dinner in Helen for 6:45pm Fri night / please park/meet behind Unicoi Hill Park– parking area is directly across the street from the address of 716 White Strasse, Helen, GA / if you will be arriving to the area past 6:30 please head straight to Helen instead of our lodge / this meal is an out of pocket meal for all ladies attending / estimated cost is $10-$20 per person pending on where we go / please let us know if you are making other dinner arrangements
— we will have an introduction session back at Owl’s Nest lodge no later than 9:30 pm Fri night (plan to leave Helen around 9pm for travel/prep time)

Sat Oct 8
— Lunch will be at Old Sautee Store, Georgia 17, Sautee Nacoochee, GA and will be covered by Firestarters Ministries 
— we will head to Helen for window shopping directly after
— we will leave for Anna Ruby Falls at approximately 2pm (horse back riders will also depart then)
— please plan to arrive back at lodge no later than 3:45 to prepare for our afternoon session which will begin at 4pm

Sun Oct 9
– the weekend will conclude at approx 10am on Sun
— breakfast provided that day
— HOUSE KEEPING: please make sure all dishes are in dishwasher and run; bag trash and leave inside.
